Who we are

Expected Learning is operated from the United Kingdom. Contact details will be published with the store when it opens, and on our store page.

The free extension

The extension and its bundled free lessons are provided free of charge for personal use. Do not republish them as your own.

The full edition

The full edition is a one-time purchase of downloadable lesson content. Your license: personal, for you, on up to two machines you use. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the content. Teams and classrooms: contact us at hello@expectedlearning.com for a team license - they are cheap and we are friendly.

Payments

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, who handles payment, applicable taxes and invoices. Their checkout terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

Refunds

14 days from purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@expectedlearning.com or use the store's refund flow.

Updates

Content updates to the edition you bought are included at no charge. Genuinely new products (for example a different language) are separate purchases.

The sensible legal part

The software and content are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a UK or EU consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
